animistic & ancestral wisdom ways for healing, connection & liberation

providing a skilled, integrative experience of self re-membering through:

+shamanic healing & re-membering +energy medicine +intuitive & oracular arts +somatic yoga & movement +ancestral tending +embodied creativity

This holistic journey through healing, honing and honoring your being is from the ground up.

It awakens and expresses through the ripe wilderness of your own nature.

It is in the myths and stories and archetypes inhabiting your mind, accessible through perception and scripted by cultures, inner and outer.

It is somatically in the physical body, organic keeper of truth and timelines, ancestral wisdom and influence, and the pre-verbal medicine of knowingness.

It is in the soul-movement of your relationships, choices and ways of relating with the activities and landscapes of life.

It is in the ways you move, relate, work, celebrate, grieve, seek and pray.

The song of your soul is calling and you are ready.

pam painter,
shamanic intuitive, somatic guide, soul collaborator

I offer my service as a wayshower, co-walker, and a keeper of the hearth of the heart at the many crossroads of life. Here, there is sacred space to show up for yourself, as yourself, and for the good of the whole. To spread out and wade around in the many faces of being human. To be guided and supported. To increase your inner resources and healing. To pollinate your wisdom.

The care you receive here is rooted in spirit-led activation of healing, resourcing, empowerment and a deep knowledge of self with the intention of engendering a sense of autonomy, self-agency, compassion, groundedness, and the good work of thriving together in reciprocal relationship with the earth and human and more-than-human neighbors. The practice of consciously embodying our own being is calling; it’s necessary for inhabiting sustainable, equitable, and intentional visioning and participation in our communities near and far.

There are so many ways to view and enter the kaleidoscope of who and what (and why!) we are - this is one way in and you are invited to flourish here as your own wild and wholly natural being. Welcome!

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action,

and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it,

it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost ... Keep the channel open.”

~Martha Graham

Wisdom Ways

The baseline for all wisdom ways is sovereignty - agency, autonomy and truths as they exist and give traction across the arc of the evolution of a soul in a landscape.

We reach for assistance and healing because we are designed to become aware of incongruence in our bodies, hearts, minds and path. And in non-dual, animistic thinking, we are not singular beings - we are relational members of an ecosystem across space and time, both metaphorically and literally, like a cell in a body (and the DNA in a cell!).

When we feel incongruence or opportunity, we naturally seek to bring about an inherent harmony and flow we sense is possible. We are designed to be curious and dream of what could be, reaching far beyond our current understanding, both inwardly and outwardly. We are designed to care for and engage in the ecosystem of ourselves within the larger ecosystem of communities and landscape, which includes what we can see and what we can't see in the inter-relational, interdependent, intersectional web of life we are a part of.

We hold cosmological questions such as: Who am I? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Who came before me? What comes next? Who and what else is here? What are their wants and needs? How can collective needs and wants and rights be met?

Also practical questions of survival, navigating our feelings and relationships, working with pain and hardship, exploring our gifts and ancestry, marking thresholds with celebration and honoring, growing into goals or dreams and even destinies.

From these mystical and conventional questions asked over millennia, wisdom emerged and developed maps - or ways - for navigating ways of being, ways of knowing and ways of coming into coherence for survival, for growth and for thriving.
